This robust whisky was matured in French oak tawny casks and non-chill filtered to create its unique taste and depth of character. It features complex tawny-influenced flavours of fruit and spice, appealing fragrant aromas and a long, smooth finish.
Our casks are made by local coopers from carefully selected French oak barrels previously used to age tawny fortified wine (Australian-style port).
