Over approximately 30 minutes, our team will lead you through a curated tasting of our Tasmanian single malt whiskies, explaining the influence of different cask types — from Apera to Bourbon, Peated, and Tawny — on aroma, flavour, and finish.
It’s a perfect introduction for whisky lovers and newcomers alike, showcasing the depth and character that make Tasmanian whisky world-renowned.
Tastings are $15 per person and available during cellar door hours, Monday to Saturday from 10am to 4pm.
