This very special Caribbean Rum cask whisky batch has been matured in American oak Bourbon casks and then finished in freshly emptied Caribbean Rum casks. It is a beautiful dark golden colour, and the nose is sweet and light with just a hint of candy, pineapple, and Rum. This will entice you to sip and experience the bright, warming palate, which is sweet and zesty. The Rum notes dominate, with brown sugar, pear and citrus peel. The lingering finish is spicy, making it the ideal summer dram.
