Merchandise Sales Terms and Conditions

Thank you for considering purchasing merchandise from our website. All purchases are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

Purchases can only be accepted from Australian residents. All prices displayed are in Australian dollars and include GST. The website purchase will include a packaging and shipping fee, which will cover the dispatch of the merchandise to you.

We will normally send packages via Australia Post. If you would prefer delivery by courier, please contact us directly to arrange purchase and delivery. Please provide full address details to enable speedy delivery — especially if delivering by courier to a business address. You may also elect to collect your merchandise from the Distillery (at no charge).

Age Verification

As per the Liquor Licensing Act 1990 (Section 46D), the purchaser’s date of birth at the point of the agreement for sale is required.

Collection and Delivery

We will hold the merchandise for 30 days, unless you advise a collection date in the future. After 30 days, uncollected merchandise will be forfeited to the Distillery.

Please present a copy of your purchase at the Distillery to authenticate your identity at collection, or to authorise pickup by an agent.

Website orders will typically be dispatched within 3 business days. If any unexpected delays occur, we will contact you. Deliveries generally take between 3 to 10 business days to reach you, though delivery times may be longer in remote locations.

Refunds and Exchanges

We will refund or exchange merchandise when it is defective or damaged. You must inform us within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise to request either a refund or exchange. The damaged or defective goods must be returned to us.
